Tasks
- Completion of the assigned learning program to learn everything about SAP SuccessFactors
- After completing the first month, your learning journey for the chosen module begins
- Live system training and classroom training
- After completing the learning phase, you will participate in the certification exam organized by SAP SuccessFactors
- Active support of colleagues in the development of solutions
- Assistance in building and further developing the SAP SuccessFactors team
Competencies
- Completed degree (Bachelor/Master)
- Technical skills: Consulting in HR implementation projects, agile methodology
- Interest in new technologies and initial experience with SAP are advantageous
- SAP SuccessFactors knowledge or certification is advantageous
- Ability to clearly present and explain complex issues
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and an open, communicative nature
- Very good German and English skills are required
- Willingness to travel

During your internship, you will receive a salary based on full-time employment amounting to EUR 2,350.00 gross per month, plus overtime compensation.
